Timothy Mattson is an experienced trial attorney, who focuses his practice in the areas of general tort liability, commercial transportation/trucking liability, automobile liability, premises liability, insurance coverage and landlord/tenant law.  He has litigated insurance coverage disputes involving consumer and commercial policies.

Before working in civil litigation, Mr. Mattson prosecuted criminal cases in Norfolk, Virginia.  Mr. Mattson has tried jury trials and bench trials in General District Court and Circuit Court in Virginia.  He is also admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
