 
Mrs. Richards concentrates her practice in the areas of general insurance defense, products liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice. She also represents employers before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission. Mrs. Richards has handled complex litigation involving products liability actions, general liability actions, medical malpractice actions and insurance coverage actions. She has tried cases in state courts throughout Virginia. She has handled appeals to the Virginia Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Virginia and to the Supreme Court of the United States.
