Mr. Anderson primarily concentrates his practice in the areas of general insurance defense litigation, and insurance coverage disputes, though he also handles cases involving toxic torts, employment law, and consumer law. Mr. Anderson also handles appeals to the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Mr. Anderson’s practice includes the defense of auto accident cases, varied personal injury and property damage cases, and premises liability in both state and federal courts.
