Mr. Anderson primarily concentrates his practice in the areas of appellate litigation, general insurance defense, and insurance coverage disputes, though he also handles cases involving employment law, qui tam litigation, consumer law and cases falling under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
Mr. Anderson has extensive experience with appeals and the appellate process, having the unique distinction of serving as a law clerk on every state and federal appellate court in Virginia, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the Court of Appeals of Virginia.
