 
Mr. Workowski’s primary focus is civil litigation, particularly in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, products liability, premises liability and subrogation. Mr. Workowski is also experienced in criminal defense and has handled a broad range of criminal matters. Mr. Workowski has extensive trial experience, and has litigated numerous cases to a favorable jury verdict throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. His representation requires extensive contact with experts in the fields of mechanical engineering, electricity, fire investigation, motor carriers and transportation, manufacturing and design, safety, construction and physicians in all specialties. While Mr. Workowski concentrates his efforts in defending insurance companies and their insureds, he has also handled numerous subrogation cases on behalf of insurance companies. This flexibility and his commitment to provide the highest quality legal service has been recognized by colleagues in the legal community. As a result, when there is no conflict of interest, Mr. Workowski has been asked to serve as co-counsel with other firms and solo practitioners in the prosecution of personal injury and products liability cases. Additionally, Mr. Workowski has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution.
