Kevin O. Barnard April 3. 1966 – March 26, 2014

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and partner, Kevin Barnard, who has left an indelible mark on our lives personally and professionally.

Kevin O. Barnard 2012 (00214659)Kevin was a masterful trial lawyer possessed of a keen intellect, a calm demeanor in the heat of battle and exceptional judgment. He was a gifted communicator able to simplify the complicated. Kevin was the consummate professional earning him the respect and admiration of his clients, his adversaries and the judges before whom he appeared.

Kevin was a talented musician and wood-worker and blessed with a quick wit which kept us amused and brightened our days. His devotion to his clients and his partners was only surpassed by his unyielding love of his beautiful wife Doly and sons Cole and Spencer. His courage, unfailing spirit and grace during his battle with cancer will forever be an inspiration to us all.

We were privileged to call Kevin our partner and blessed to call him our friend. We have lost a dear colleague and the profession has lost one of its brightest and best. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to Doly, Cole, Spencer and the entire Barnard family.
