The History of Frith, Anderson & Peake PC

Frith Anderson & Peake PC was formed in 1997 to provide a broad range of legal services, with an emphasis on civil litigation.

The firm’s attorneys are experienced in handling litigation matters throughout all State and Federal courts involving products liability, employment, workers’ compensation, professional liability, premises liability, construction and contract disputes, as well as personal bodily injury claims.

In addition to our litigation practice, Frith Anderson & Peake PC also provides legal services to both individuals and businesses on a variety of matters including entity formation, corporate governance, contract negotiation and preparation, employee relations and policies as well as insurance coverage analysis and opinions.

The clients of Frith Anderson & Peake PC include some of the country’s largest insurers, third-party administrators, hospitals, nursing homes, health care providers, and numerous other types of businesses, large and small.

Our attorneys have distinguished themselves by serving in leadership roles with the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, and the Roanoke Bar Association. In addition, a number of attorneys at our Roanoke law firm serve on numerous community boards and contribute their time in other ways to serve the community.
